	THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO OUR AFFILIATE PROGRAM. PLEASE READ THEM AND AGREE TO THEM BY CLICKING THE BOX BELOW TO INDICATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND APPROVAL. The paperback book, Website 411: Business Survival in an Internet Economy, is published by Infinity Publishing.com. The eBook version is published by WebDrafter.com, Inc. Related Webinars, seminars, the National Directory of Website Solution Providers, and other services are provided or sponsored by WebDrafter.com, Inc. To be an authorized affiliate of WebDrafter.com, Inc. (Hereafter "WebDrafter"), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the WebDrafter service as an affiliate. By signing up for the WebDrafter affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. Important Note WebDrafter may change these terms of service at any time, without notification, though changes will be posted here. Affiliates agree to abide by the changes within 7 days of the posting. The WebDrafter (including Website 411 Book) Affiliate Payout * New affiliates are given a $10 bonus credit when they open their account. * Currently the Website 411 Book affiliate payout structure (for book sales and applicable Webinar/seminar sales) is a tiered flat rate as described on www.website411book.com/affiliate_program.html. * WebDrafter reserves the right to set different pay rates and prices for specific affiliates. * Currently our affiliate program is powered through internal hosted software which is integrated with our shopping cart. * We have a minimum payout of $35. If the balance of an affiliate's commissions earned is less than $35, the balance will roll over to the following month or until the minimum payout balance is met. * We pay our affiliates on a monthly basis. WebDrafter Requirements and Policies: * WebDrafter has strict anti-spam policies regarding internet programs. We do not condone spam by affiliates. This includes, but is not limited to, spam via email, instant messaging, ICQ, chat rooms, message boards, or online forums. Unsolicited advertising in any form is not condoned by WebDrafter in any manner. Any affiliate found to be involved in any of these type of activities will be suspended or terminated and shall expect no affiliate payment compensation. * Any affiliate whose site promotes or contains content pertaining to Warez, acts of violence or indecency, or other illicit or illegal content will have their accounts terminated immediately. * Sites that promote illegal activity, terrorism, anti-government activity or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, sexual orientation or physical disability are not permitted to participate in WebDrafter's affiliate program. * Any affiliate who violates or infringes upon 3rd party copyright, trademark, patent, or any intellectual property rights will have their account terminated immediately. This includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent activity against any other program. * This Affiliate Program is intended to pay a fee for referral sales, not be a discount program. Therefore, the Affiliate fee is paid PER TRANSACTION, not PER ITEM, in order to prevent individuals from purchasing items themselves at a discount for resale. (Instead, volume purchase discounts on some items are automatically deducted in the shopping cart process). If, however, a referral sale is made that contains multiple items, contact Tom Elliott (TomElliott@Website411book.com) and your commission for that sale may be adjusted on a case-by-case basis. All Rights Reserved: * WebDrafter reserves the right to terminate any affiliate for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud or suspected fraud. Fraud includes, but is not limited to, the submission of unauthorized purchases, or providing unsolicited advertisements. * Affiliates will not receive referral commissions from referred purchases which are returned for any reason. * WebDrafter reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of their affiliate program without prior notice, including the right to discontinue this program. In the event that WebDrafter discontinues its affiliate program, it will pay all affiliates the balance of their accounts. * WebDrafter is not obligated in any way to reveal the reasons for termination of referred affiliates. * The affiliate agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WebDrafter and its directors, officers, agents, and employees for any and all losses, costs, liabilities or expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' and expert witnesses' fees) incurred or arising from: o any breach of Affiliate's Covenants o any user-generated content or o any claims arising from the sale or license of goods or services promoted or made available through the campaign. * WebDrafter's indemnity rights include defense at the Affiliate's expense in the case of any legal action resulting from the Affiliate's activities, practices, marketing, or representations. * From time to time WebDrafter or the Website 411 book author may send e-mail to affiliates with regard to system updates, promotions, or offers. Affiliates agree to receive this e-mail by signing up for the WebDrafter Affiliate Program. This e-mail is provided on an opt-out basis -- an affiliate can unsubscribe from receiving these updates. WebDrafter requires of you (the Affiliate): * Affiliates are required to enter their account details on our signup form. Currently affiliates are required to have a PayPal account. * The minimum age for participation is 18. * WebDrafter's service is made available to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", and WebDrafter makes no warranty as to its use or performance. * The potential Affiliate warrants that he or she has the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and, if appropriate, has the authority to bind his or her principal or employers to the agreement. WebDrafter's Affiliate Members Must: * As an affiliate member YOU have to regard the following: upon termination of your affiliate's account, the affiliate member (you) must immediately cease using WebDrafter names and images and representations of all WebDrafter.com related products and services thereof on your site(s), including references to the Website 411 book.
